The suspect allegedly attempted to steal items from the Macy's store in the Manassas Mall before snatching the employee's phone and fleeing the scene on April 14.
The suspect is described as a black male with a light complexion in his mid to late twenties with short black hair. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, light blue jeans, and carrying a leather satchel.
Anyone with any information on this man is asked to call the police.
